East bay Animal Rescue and Refuge

A local to Concord rescue that gets dog,cats puppies and kittens

from the local shelter when that animals time is up.

All of their animals are in Foster Homes.

They are also one of very few groups that will take in "Community Surrenders"

meaning household pets that need to be given up.
